This Privacy Policy explains how ALT Agency (the “Company”) collects, uses, and protects the personal data of users and clients, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act (“Informatique et Libertés”).

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED


ALT Agency may collect the following categories of data:
• identification data: last name, first name, alias, company, role;
• contact data: email, phone number, postal address;
• professional data: status (artist, label, manager), links to social profiles, websites, etc.;
• contractual and billing data: subscribed services, order history, invoices, payment methods (via secure payment provider);
• performance and campaign-related data: data provided by partner platforms (streams, views, clicks, etc.) when linked to an account;
• browsing data: cookies, IP address, pages viewed, preferences (see Cookie Policy).

PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES


Data is processed for the following purposes:
• management of the Site and improvement of user experience (legal basis: legitimate interest);
• handling requests submitted through contact forms (legal basis: pre-contractual measures / legitimate interest);
• management of artist accounts, contracts, and Services (legal basis: performance of a contract);
• invoicing, accounting, and customer relationship management (legal basis: legal obligation / performance of a contract);
• sending commercial information or newsletters (legal basis: consent or legitimate interest, as applicable);
• audience measurement and statistics (legal basis: consent for non-essential cookies).

• internal ALT Agency teams involved in customer relations;
• technical providers and partners (hosting provider, CRM, payment processors, emailing tools, advertising platforms, streaming platforms, etc.);
• administrative or judicial authorities when legally required.
ALT Agency does not sell personal data to third parties.

DATA RETENTION PERIODS


Data retention periods include:
• prospect data: up to 3 years after the last contact;
• customer data: for the duration of the contractual relationship, then archived according to legal requirements (including 10 years for certain accounting documents);
• browsing data / cookies: according to the durations specified in the Cookie Policy (generally up to 13 months for cookies subject to consent).

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS


In accordance with applicable regulations, any data subject has the right to:
• access their data;
• rectify their data;
• request deletion of their data (within legal limits);
• request restriction of processing;
• object to processing, especially for marketing purposes;
• data portability;
• withdraw consent at any time when processing is based on consent;
• define instructions regarding the handling of their data after death.

SECURITY


ALT Agency implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risks (access control, backups, confidentiality safeguards, information system protection, etc.).

TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION


Some providers or partner platforms may be located outside the European Union. In such cases, ALT Agency ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place (adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, etc.) in accordance with GDPR requirements.
